What are Reception opening hours?
The reception is open from 07:00 to 23:00
How can I make a reservation?
Reservations can be made via e-mail or by filling out the online form.
In the latter two cases, after you have received confirmation of your booking, you must send us the deposit equal to 50% of the stay within 7 days, using the information received via email in response to your booking request.
Is it possible to book a specific Bungalow, Mobile Home, Caravan or a specific pitch?
We will do our best to accommodate you, but we cannot guarantee it 100%. It is not possible to book a pitch.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, your furry friends are welcome. Discover the beach dedicated to them!
Where are the commercial facilities located?
The bar, the restaurant-pizzeria and the market overlook the central square of the campsite.
How far from the sea is the campsite?
Baia Saraceno Campsite is right next to the beach.
Can family and friends come to visit me?
Yes, upon arrival they must register at Reception. If they stay longer than 3 hours, the rate of 6.00 Euros will be applied.
Is it possible to cancel a reservation?
Yes. If the cancellation is within 60 days of the start of your stay, you are entitled to a refund of 50% of the deposit paid. If later, the deposit paid is lost.
How can I pay for my stay?
Payment can be made in cash (Euros), or by cheque, credit card and debit card. The balance of the stay is required on the day of arrival.
What are the arrival and departure times for the bungalows and pitches?
The pitch is available from 12.00 on the day of arrival while the bungalow is available from 18.00. Check-out on the day of departure of both the pitch and the bungalow is mandatory by 12.00.
